Great place to relax and unwind. Had a great breakfast also. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Overall it was a nice hotel to stay. Staff were great I came off peak so in midweek the breakfast was little choice but weekend was much more. View from room 701 is nice. Only problem I find is that the hand basin didn't have hot water. Shower was fine. Reception staff helpful in many ways.

Nice stay.

The rooms are a good size with a decent balcony… no chairs on the balcony though. Good air con. We are English and two of the staff on reception , in particular, spoke very good English and were helpful. Staff in general smiley and friendly. The second time we have stayed there and would do again . Hotel is near the fairly new ‘Hat Yai village’ and the park. Not that close to central Hat Yai. Good local supermarkets close by and street food outlets.
