Booked two days, my iPhone charging adapter had been swap to a fake one and their staff confirm that their cleaner wouldn’t do this. Nothing much for me to say, just becareful if you’re staying there.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room also big. They came to clean our room on the next day when we are out. Not so much parking space, but they will help us to find other parking space outside the hotel when it is full. Overall i am satisfied with my stay. Thanks Pearl & Place hotel.

Good: Near Big C Extra Food stall available nearby Free Parking Big room Bad: - Room 505 bad smoking smell despite a non smoking room - Incomplete toiletries, need to ask from front desk - Only 1 touch keycard and same card required for lift access to respective floor. You just can't leave anyone in the room otherwise take the staircase.

Nice & clean hotel within city center

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. plus point was the kiblat direction signage and tap for abulation. nearby to Klong Hae floating market and other attractions. easy to get halal food. staffs were very friendly and can speak malay and english.
