"Was a great experience. The hotel have a very great potencial for attract new customers. They have many opportunities to improve the customer experience. The location is fenomenal. Only take 5 minutes to WTC Memorial, Oculus and many Metro stations. The location is very safe. The room and amenities are just like the offer, just like photos. "Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bellaclaire! Being on the upper west side was perfect for our drive in from Toronto. We found the hotel easy enough and were greeted by hotel staff in the lobby. Our room was ready and very clean and inviting. There were lots of dining options close by and hotel staff were great with recommendations. It was nice to be able to walk to the Museum of Natural History as well as Central Park. The subway was a short walk up to 79th st. and made our adventures down town...
