"There were some good things — the king sized bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bath water was hot and the breakfast was decent. There were some things that can be improved — the stairs were filthy, the carpet in the room had bits of plaster stuck to it and I wish I had not looked under the air conditioner. On balance, the room was worth about what we paid. One more comment — I was favorably impressed with how friendly the other guests were."
