The Rockford Harbor Hotel is an amazing luxury hotel. Our suite included a dining area, living room with fireplace, bedroom with fireplace, and two fabulous bedrooms. The hotel dining room had one of the best harbor views and great meals. The hotel and restaurant and bar staff were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the hotels fine restaurant, there were two of Rockport finest restaurants within a very short walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel was fantastic. Every staff member was so kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The only downside is there is no room service or spa. Usually this nice of a hotel would have both of these.

This hotel is apparently just two years old so everything is shiny new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is lovely. Two excellent restaurants next door. Town is very small so you will need to drive to other activities if you stay more than two days. Very highly recommend.

This property was magnificent. We rented the king suite overlooking the harbor. The suite had a great balcony dbl sided FP in the suite, beautiful bathroom with heated floor. There is a restaurant on-site as well as a bar. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Rockport may be going through a renovation in the town, not much shopping but Camden and Rockland are just 5 mins down the road. Overall, a beautiful hotel and location,

This really was an outstanding hotel....beautiful inside and out, extremely friendly staff and good food. Our room was a luxurious suite with everything we needed for a very comfortable nights rest and the views from the property were wonderful. Nice to see a dog friendly hotel with free doggie treats and plenty of attention from the staff for our four legged friends! I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and if we pass this way again we will be sure to return!

Everything was just perfect. The view was great, the room was super comfy. Fireplace view from either room was great. Loved breakfast in the restaurant. All the staff were really friendly. Will definitely go back.

What a wonderful place to stay. Right on the harbor with a large balcony from which to look. Sympathetically modernized. Heated marble floor in the large bathroom. Parking available on site. An elevator from the parking. Delightful breakfast in lovely room. A fireplace with cozy chairs and wraps as part of the bar and lobby. Helpful and gracious staff. We would loved a stayed another night.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The staff were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, the room was incredibly clean and wonderful, and the food and drinks at the Oak Room in the lobby were top notch. Worth the splurge if you’re on the fence!

Best Hotel of my Life

What can I say? This hotel is absolutely amazing…fantastic…wonderful. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe it. I spend half the year traveling…mostly overseas. I stay in countless hotels. I think this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I live in Maine about an hour and a half away from Rockport. My wife and I needed to get away from things for a weekend. I found this on hotels.com, and thought I would give it a try. Boy, did we hit the jackpot. A LOT of thought went into this hotel. We stayed in Room 35 on the backside of the hotel. Even though we didn’t have a water view, I wouldn’t have traded it. The room was massive, with TWO full baths. The kitchen area was perfect, with a wonderful coffee maker and good sized fridge. The mattress was really comfortable. I even pulled back the sheets to see what it was, so that we could look at getting one for our house. We were here for two nights. We needed a get away from the stress at home and work. This hotel gave us what we needed. We only left the room once. We just relaxed and ordered room service. The food was fantastic. It was quiet, clean, and roomy. I can’t say enough. We will definitely come back. What a gem.
