"Excellent value. Can’t beat location in center of historical center. Easy access to hop on/off bus, Uber, metro, or walking around. Older historical hotel with great terrace. Felt safe, although didn’t walk side streets at night. Daily cleaning, big room, in room safe. Only issue was slow draining water in shower but not really a problem for us. Lovely staff. Highly recommend."

"The staff were all professional and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed the hotel is a gem in a rather ordinary section of town, but it’s within easy walking distance of most GDL tourist sites. I’d say speaking (my mediocre) Spanish helped but then didn’t try my English on the hotel staff. "

"The Hotel Villa San Francisco was delightfully charming with gracious and accommodating staff. The front patio, entry, and courtyard are well maintained and welcoming.
