The facilities and the staff are great. The hotel area it’s under a massive construction, (The Minerva) and the traffic to get to the hotel it’s super slow, but looking forward to see the final results in that area of the city.

I'm from Guadalajara but live in the USA. Every time I visit my family, I choose this hotel because of its amazing location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nallely. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the bathroom shower is great. The food at the restaurant is excellent, and the waitres are super friendly. They make you feel welcome like you're at home. There are many hotels in Guadalajara, but I always pick this one.

I had to stay at the Fiesta Americana Glorieta Minerva Guadalajara for a month because I got 4 surgeries on that time; and I was by my self. But my God took me to the best place for my recovery and put me a great team members stuff of the world for my best recovery. My room was always super clean, safety, super confortable. Front desk team and managers was always glad to help me with some special requests. All the bellboys team were super helpful all the times. The food was always delicious because the servers and managers are well A+ trained. My name is Joyce Alvarado and I had a pleasure to had the best service from all stuff members from Fiesta Americana Glorieta Minerva Guadalajara and 100% recommend it to everyone.
