Regrettably, this limited your opportunity to fully experience the exceptional service we strive to offer to all our guests.During our conversation this morning at check-out, there was no indication of any dissatisfaction with your stay, nor were any concerns raised similar to those expressed in your review. I even took the opportunity to remind you of your access to our thermal station until 6 pm today, yet you mentioned having prior commitments.We are perplexed as to why you have chosen to share such a negative review with the world, especially when we were readily available to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction (Our 24-hour service is always available for guests to contact should they require assistance). Hello, Thank you for your appreciation and your good words for our staff. For the noise, we are surprised since our walls are insulated on each side with vibration resistant bars, sound proof panels and sound proof wool and are twice as thick as regular walls. Our doors are also sound resistant. Normally, the sound from other rooms is minimal. We will verify if everything is working fine, particularily the adjustment of the doors. Maybe other guests left their door opened also? We are sorry for this inconvenience. We thank you and wish you a beautiful winter. Best regards,
