"Very convenient location to the airport, you just have to walk along a covered passageway for about 2 minutes minutes. Ask if you need non-scented toiletries as theirs are incredibly strongly scented and quite horrible. Also, check that the thermostat in your room works; mine didn't and it was horribly hot"

"The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Room clean and Bed confortable. What I Will never do in future is Pay in Advance if non refundable I must cancel whole or in part. I paid in advance for 2 nights but to cancel one nigh 48 hrs in advance (medical) it was not possible. It happened before and a crédit was allowed for future use but none négociable in this instance."

Staff were ok but instructions to leave key in room because of our very early departure at 4am created a problem for the manager as she called me in Florida complaining that I had not checked out properly.,even as I had pre-paid my stay and they had my crdit card on file."

"Our stay was very enjoyable at the Auberge Le Chardo Inn. The room was very spacious and clean. It appeared to have been newly renovated and I loved the hardwood flooring. Big bathroom and amenities were supplied. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The restaurant food was excellent and the menu offered a very wide selection to choose from. The Easter buffet brunch they offered was amazing. There was even a chocolate fondue set up. I would highly recommend this Inn for anyone that...

"The hotel is looking a bit tirted. A few things like carpets and walls could use some new paint or carpets. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold. "

"This hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Our granddaughters loved the heated pool. The breakfast offers a good selection. It is also in a very spacious room so it does not feel crowded. Our room was a good size and with a microwave and fridge snacks and quick meals are possible. We plan to return next time in Ottawa. "
