โรงแรมและที่พักGreater Portmore

"The hotel is far away from many main attractions. The only thing close by is Gloria’s, giddy house and fort Charles. There is a nice view and the staff are friendly and helpful. While I was there, there was a power outage and no water was coming to the room. The generator could not be turned on so it was difficult to manage for about 2hours. The food was great and the we had a lovely server who made our mornings very pleasant. The hotel was under construction so there was a lot of areas under...

"Our stay at the hotel was great!"

"Love S hotels will always return"

"Overall it was a good stay but the drainer in the face basin of the bathroom wasn’t working so the water couldn’t drain. There was a hair in the towel & the tv couldn’t turn up (maintenance couldn’t fix the issue)"

"There was no porters to help with luggage. Change room twice, first one I was unable to climb the stairs, second one did not like the area, too lonely to walk alone to room at night. The beds was old looking, mattress was very flat .I was moved once again to room 2,room was clean, again mattress too flat, the furniture and the way the bed was made reminds me of an old country house. The fridge freeze everything you put in it, the cabinet around it cannot close. The toilet had dirty red ring at...

The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. I was disappointed that an additional fee was charged for late checkout. Better service, more timely breakfast, and greater flexibility with checkout would...

"If you can get up for the breakfast, it’s worth it. Staff was nice and picked mangos for us on our first stay. It’s my go to place in Kingston"

"The stay wasn’t what we booked , on the day we were told that we got an upgrade but it was a downgrade . The room given was nothing like what was advertised"

"Communication was good place was nice would definitely stay there again"
