"This property impressed us even before we walked in the door. We were warmly greeted throughout our stay by the bellmen out front. Their attention also added an extra sense of safety. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were equally courteous and friendly. We loved the location. Easy walk to restaurants, the river, public transportation and Magnificent Mile. I would absolutely stay here again."
"Central and walkable to the Magnificent Mile shopping, Navy Pier, Millenium Park, the Loop and many restaurants. Hotel is older but still comfortable. Parking available next door to hotel (public parking). Cute coffee shop and bakery in lobby and great tasting bar in hotel. "
