"I stayed in the Premium Apartment, and honestly, my experience was great! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider booking this hotel again for another staycation. The only thing I would say is that the cleanliness could have been a little better, especially when it comes to the dishes and linens. I recommend double-checking and re-cleaning the dishes before using them. If you notice anything wrong with the linens, just request fresh ones. They do have a washer and dryer...

"Please do not book this place, it is simply not worth it. I got held against another guest who did not pay their deposit and convinced me that she was waiting for someone outside who caused a scene and broke stuff. As result I am not getting my deposit back for something I had no control over. When cops showed up and heard both of our stories, they even said it was a definitely a scammy property. TKAE MY ADVICE PLEASE."

"โรงแรมเก่าเราไม่สะอาด ห้องธรรมดานี่เล็กมากๆห้องน้ำ ห้องธรรมดานี่เล็กมากๆห้องน้ำเล็กมากๆไม่สวยไม่สะใจเลย"

"Firstly, there are no elevators/lifts so anyone who cannot climb flights of stairs may have difficulty. Secondly, the shower in my room was about 1ft above the shower floor and stepping out of it was simply dangerous - anyone with mobility issues would likely fall over. Plus, the lighting in my shower room was dim despite there being three globes. Fourthly, I tried to open the bathroom window and almost cut my fingers off when I released the top window which simply came crashing down (I am...

"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Amazing property and hospitality!"

"The decor and spacious rooms were impressive."

"The room was Actually very clean. Staff was very nice with patient & polite. Nice view. Plenty of restaurants and stuff to do. I would Definitely suggest valet parking $76 in & out because self parking is $65 with no in & out."

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"The hotel is an entirely different experience sitting in the middle of a wonderful experience. The staff were so amazing helpful and attentive. It was our anniversary and a bottle of champagne was waiting in our room. The breakfast and happy hour on the rooftop is something that you just have to experience for yourself. Just WOW. Location was perfect. Next trip to the Windy City we know exactly where to stay."
