"Pluses: Beautiful hotel; very clean! Room was very clean! Room Service Staff were very accommodating and friendly! Front Desk were very courteous and professional at all times! Bar Staff “Casey” was excellent! Compliments to the Chef’s; filet mignon and cauliflower appetizer was perfect; delicious! Gym equipment was state of the art; very clean with towls and sanitizer wipes! Concerns: No in-room-safe. No microwave; I was told it was a fire hazard and they were in the process of changing them all out . Refrigerator did not cool and side wall was hot. Room door was hard to open; installed too tight to door jam. I notified Front Desk Clerk"

"Pillows are incredibly thin so we had to use towels to put under them because the front desk didn’t have extra, room was pretty clean and TV had great viewing options with Netflix and many others already installed, bathroom door didn’t shut and deadbolt on the door was useless without a slot for it to go into on the door. Good value for the price but not a great stay "
