The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, better than most places. The staff was wonderful! The $10 daily parking fee which needs to be paid in advance on a QR CODE is UNDESIRABLE and should be included in the hotel fees.

Great stay at Home2 Suites near JAX Airport! The room was spotless, the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast selection was a nice way to start the day. Highly recommend for anyone flying in or out of Jacksonville!

Nice hotel for the price. Since it's near the airport there was a $12 fee for parking, which I didn't expect. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but acceptable. No issues with the room. The staff was friendly.

I am a Hilton Rewards Member and have stayed in many properties all over the US, but the room was so disappointing. It had a terrible smell, the bathroom had mold in the ceiling, the vent didn't work, hence the mold. The rails for the bathroom shower door looked like it hasn't been cleaned ever, and the sink didn't drain well. The beds were comfortable, and the WiFi was good. The lobby and other areas of the hotel were clean, and the breakfast was your standard breakfast. The staff was nice and friendly.

Our one-night stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the full-size fridge and kitchenette, which made the stay feel even more convenient and like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a nice variety of options, including healthy choices. The shuttle service was also very convenient and made our stay even easier. We will definitely be looking for Home2 Suites by Hilton for our future stays. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great and plentiful. I appreciated the hot foods and many options, including coffee. Property was clean and tidy. We did not check out the pool or the gym. Parking is available at an additional cost. Room was clean and no issues but needed new pillows. They were very lumpy. Overall, a great stay and this is our preferred property when stopping in the area.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize the front desk clerk with blonde hair, piercings, and tattoos. She was extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. This was my first time visiting Jacksonville, Florida, so I asked her a few questions about the area and places I could visit. She gave me several recommendations and answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped make my first experience in Jacksonville a great one. Her kindness and customer service definitely stood out to me, and because of that experience, I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville. Thank you for being so helpful and welcoming!
