The lobby is beautiful and the staff was very nice. The room left a lot to be desired. The door had a very large gap at the top and the frame was skewed. Almost all the doors we walked past were like that. We ended up with an accessible room and no matter how careful we were, water poured out and collected in the corner of the bathroom totally bypassing the overflow drain outside of the stall. The water was lukewarm at best and zero water pressure. It was fine for what it was, a one night room, close to the arena for a concert. But I wouldnt recommend for anything much more than that.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable bed. I thought the lobby was nice and open plenty of spots to sit around and relax if you weren’t in your room. Bar/ restaurant area looked nice, I just didn’t go to them on this trip. This place is quiet, as there are no major roads close by. The only weird thing was parking lot was multi use with valet and. A cruise boat using part of it. The one thing I didn’t like was having to go to a 3rd party to pay for parking, the hotel already has my card info, so I don’t care to have to give my card to yet another company just to part in a hotel’s lot.

Room was a good size. Loved the double Balcony. Breakfast was a debacle. Waited 10 min to be seated for a buffet, asked 3 times for coffee and never got it. A neighboring table Offered a pot of theirs to us but we didn’t even have cups. I then had to walk the restaurant to find someone to get us a check. $20/pp I would have expected better. Mentioned to front desk and thought maybe they’d comp us a free breakfast or Starbucks day 2 but nothing.

The valet parkers were good and nice. I was part of a group and the food served to us was cheap, minimal, and cold. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel. I spent a lot of time having coughing fits due to being allergic to something . I asked for my room to be clean. And nobody ever came. My room did not have a microwave oven, but my friend's did. This place seems to be suited for business people who stay 1 or 2 nights. Not a great place for a vacation spot. The restaurant food was better than what are group was served.
