"Hotel Central was the perfect location for our 5 nights in Lucerne. The included breakfast was very well done and plentiful. The convenience of having the refrigerator with provided labels so that we could store some food along with other guests was such a great idea. Additionally, they had a Vending machine for soft drinks wine, beer and then coffee and tea was available 24 hours a day. Lovely quaint hotel would certainly recommend it and stay there again."
"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. "Really enjoyed the location of the Hotel Schlüssel in the old town area of Luzern. Everything is within a 5 to 10 minute walk, and it is just enough off the beaten path to be away from the noisy crowds in other parts of town. There is also a pay laundromat just a street over which was very convenient and we made use of during our stay.
There is no onsite staff, giving it more of the feel of a personal rental. This was never really an issue for us other than requesting two room keys at...
