The team at the front desk were the friendliest and most welcoming I experienced, and their attentiveness made a big difference throughout my stay. The hotel itself is very well maintained and in a great location with convenient access to everything nearby. I had a very comfortable stay and would absolutely come back again in the future. "Have a great stay in this hotel! The location is walkable from train station and nearby Coop is convenient for quick purchase. Received Lucerne guest card before the stay. Room is clean. Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference. Would stay here again"
