"This is a super charming small hotel (10 rooms) in a quiet area of Amboise yet still just a few blocks from the Palace and other great sites. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Jean Jacques the owner greeted us at check in with an employee named Angel. He recently purchased the hotel and Angel joined his team this week. The house is also a pleasure to wonder around with old antique furniture. Finally the rooms rented are renovated and spacious. "Reasonably prices hotel about a mile from Amboise centre. Good for a night or two stay. The rooms are functional and clean. They serve breakfast and there are a couple of vending machines. Parking is safe and secure."

"Olivier was an exceptional host! Incredibly welcoming, gave us a tour of the hotel and our rooms, called the restaurant to make dinner reservations for us that evening and gave us several other recommendations. Poppy (dog) was so sweet, my wife wanted to take him home with us. The rooms were HUGE and perfectly decorated. I only wish we set aside time to walk the grounds / park across the road/stream. This by far was our favorite stay in all of France! We highly recommend! "
