"Très bon accueil à l'arrivée comme pendant tout le séjour, personnel et le couple directeur de l'hotel très disponibles, à l'accueil la personne parle français ce qui était très appréciable pour nous qui ne parlons pas très bien espagnol, cadre très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, hotel très propre, le seul point négatif mineur c'est que l'accès à l'hotel se fait par un chemin de terre et cailloux, hotel à recommander."

"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that...

"Personalen super trevlig, maten Var god men inget speciellt, rummen har behov av underhåll men de är mer småsaker än något annat så som, vatten läcker ut på toa golvet när man duschar, golvet behöver fixas på ett ställe och något elittag saknar skydd. Annars var det bra!"
