"This was a great property! The staff is really friendly and really helped us out. Especially after I had left some valuable stuff in the room when we were rushing out trying to catch our flight. I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan."

"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. The location is convenient for airport access if you have a car, but otherwise it’s not particularly appealing or enjoyable to spend time...

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."
