I have stayed at Las Gacelas on a number of occasions and they are basic but spotlessly clean, excellent location and lovely, friendly and welcoming reception staff. Las Gacelas is a god to accommodation in Playa Del Ingles for me.

We had a pleasant stay there, Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and definitely willing to help if asked. Receptionist allowed us to leave our baggage for few hours (in a safe place) after checking out. Great location. Fully recommend.

Reception staff was very helpful, polite and friendly with the children. They work on Christmas and Boxing Day and offered sweets to kids. Swimming pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. We’d offered the 1st floor room and from the balcony we couldn’t able to see anything beyond the compound.

Big clean room. While no food rests (like salt, oil...), kitchen provides all we need, incl. Toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cuttlery. Big balcony with a city view. Quite. Polite receptionists. Was able to leave bags at the reception after checkout at no cost.

The apartment we had was basic but functional, including extra bedding if needed. The host provided clear communication via WhatsApp prior to arrival. No air conditioning which was ok for end of March but would be intolerable in the summer. Bring your own soap if there for more than a night!

Las chicas de recepción eran muy majas, un 10 para ellas. La piscina también la limpiaban cada día, otro 10 por eso. Lo peor el menaje del apartamento. Éramos 4. Tuve que pedir un tenedor, porque solo había 3. Cucharillas solo había 1.... Compré de plástico de usar y tirar. Un cazuela, una sartén, que se pagaba todo... Y 4 tazas y 4 vasos ... Fin del menaje. Cafetera y tostadora correcto. Luego tenían parking que no pude utilizar ya que me dijeron que no había mandos y que si metía el coche había que sacarlo antes de las 5, cuando cerraban l a recepción.... Un fallo muy grande, deberian buscar otra forma para el acceso si lo de los mandos no funciona... Me dio mucha rabia tener que andar dando vueltas con el coche habiendo un parking medio vacío en el alojamiento.... En fin, muchas cosas para mejorar...

War jetzt zum 2.Mal dort im Hotel. Im Nachgang fand ich die Küche sehr sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Kaum Utensilien oder Besteck oder Geschirr. Die Fenster sind alle defekt, wackeln, lassen sich nicht schliessen oder sind marode. Der Aussen-Türrahmen wackelt. Die Lage ist soweit ok. Aber alles nicht gemütlich. Einfach nur billig alles. Sonst kein Ort wo man sich länger aufhalten möchte. Für den Preis gibt es besseres. Personal war super nett. Pool war ok aber halt ohne Ausdruck und auch kein Ort wo man sich trifft oder bleiben möchte. Schade.

God dobbeltseng og ditto sovesofa. Svært hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening i resepsjonen. Noe dårlig utstyrt kjøkken. Røkvarsleren var ikke i orden. Støy fra veien når vi satt på verandaen, men også mye å følge med på :) Sentral beliggenhet. Kommer gjerne tilbake for et ukesopphold.
