"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"

"From arrival to departure, our stay at the Valentin was perfect. The staff is amazing, attentive, and super-friendly. The restaurants were delicious and met 5 star expectations. We absolutely adored the entertainment crew and all of the resort activities. This was a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed by our group of seven, which ranged in age from 18 to 70. "Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help."

"The Jungala was amazing. Our room was next to the jungle. The staff was first class!! The restaurant area was great!! I highly recommend going there! They had a golf cart shovel service that took you all throughout the resort. The waterslide park was beautiful and the lazy river with the floating up bar was outstanding. If you’re looking to get away and enjoy yourself, I highly recommend this place."
