"Clean room always. Staff were nice and helpful loved my stay here."

"We stayed in a Panoramic Executive Room, which was excellent and offered beautiful views. However, the executive lounge experience could have been better. The breakfast selection and afternoon canapés were disappointing, with limited variety. The breakfast menu remained the same throughout our stay, and more variety would have been appreciated. "The property was immaculate, clean and fresh. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all very nice. Location was perfect, just across the road from the tram, beach and shops close by. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea, Body wash, shampoo & conditioner was in the bathroom as well. It was very quiet at night when we slept as well. We really enjoyed all the property had to offer and will definitely book here when we return."

"Very well located. Less than ten minute walk to bus and light rail hub and a bit longer to Pacific Fair. 5 minutes to convenience store and good food options."

"Sea view"

"Easiest check-in and check-out process. Property super clean. Love the ocean view. Very close to public transport. Close to beach Close to shops Reasonably priced outdoor parking across the road from accommodation."

"Very good property in the middle between Surfers and Broadbeach. Great staff and friendly helpful check in."

"Our second time staying here and we do like the hotel, one issue was the early start on the construction site next door, but we were made aware of that prior to our stay. The only other thing was the air conditioning whilst it worked fine made a horrible noise all the time."

"Leider keine Mikrowelle im Zimmer und nur ein Mini-Kühlschrank. Alles andere soweit o.k., Lage sehr gut."
