We had a fantastic stay at JW Marriott Surfers Paradise and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a bright, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Our room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and great views. Everything felt high quality without being overly formal. One of the standout features is the pool area, which is exceptional. The lagoon-style pool with the sandy beach and the saltwater fish experience really sets this property apart. It is almost like the Hotel booked the number of guests and the constant queuing for breakfast is off putting and food was not great either. Pool area is too small for the number of people. Japanese restaurant seating is in a corridor . Never return to the hotel or the Gold Coast
