โรงแรมใกล้โรงพยาบาล Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, กัวลาลัมเปอร์

"The room was clean and the communication was clear in helping check in. Close to the MRT and a mall downstairs which makes it very convenient"

"Check-in was easy with Five Senses because they has its own reception counter. Previously, I booked with other accommodations and had to do self check-in, so this was much more convenient. The staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. The room looked exactly like the pictures and clean. The building also has facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Got restaurant and mini market here. Near to city and public transport."

"The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused."

"Where to even begin... We have stayed in Kuala lumpur many times in different apartment hotels but this was by far the worst. Firstly check in process was very poor and unprofessional, staff member basically handed us a card and took to the room and left. We were offered a room change and all the rooms were...

"Wi-Fiが書いてあるのと違った、風呂の手すりがとまっていなく外れた、テレビの画質が良くなかったた、室内に埃の溜まっているところが散見された。朝食は毎道少しづつ変わって美味しかった"

"Close proximity to glen eagles hospital"

"No restaurants nearby. Never answer phones Very poor service. No tea and coffee in the kitchen. We krpt on messaging for room cleaning and towels but omly once btought towels but they never cleaned the apartment in whole week."
