"The best part about this apartment is its location: right by Bayshore, 10 min walking distance from Hyde Park, and in short driving distance from everything S Tampa. The apartment is cute, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The host provided comprehensive info ahead of check-in so getting in the apartment was smooth."

"Fabulous!"

"The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. I was extremely unhappy with the parking situation and the cost. I was not happy with the cleaning staff. We came back to our room on the second day after 4pm and our room had not been cleaned . When they came to the room we were asked if we wanted the beds made. The bathroom was not cleaned, nothing wiped down or vacuumed. Very disappointed."

"The rooms were very quiet."

"Although we loved this hotel and its location, we were disappointed to find d that our balcony doors were broken and we could not utilize the balcony at all. I booked this upscale room at a premium price just for that amenity. I will say the staff on duty was very apologetic and wished there was something she could do but the hotel was full. When we checked out the next day the manager did his best to try and make things right. I can’t say much more on how wonderful the staff was even with this...

"The room was nice. I like the free breakfast every morning. I went to the farmers market and they had free shuttle and they also took me to catch the train to go back home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Was awesome! Close to everything!"

"The wide site isn’t clear on parking. Plan on paying for parking, whether it’s a parking lot nearby or valet. There are walkable eateries and bars nearby."

"Very helpful breakfast staff. The rest of the staff was helpful, especially at check-in, where they explained the incredibly confusing and unnecessary parking protocol. $35 to park overnight is excessive and a gouge. This seems to be a common occurrence among Hilton properties. Are you not making enough profit to necessitate charging for parking? It's a joke of greed that makes me hesitant to stay at your properties in the future."

"The parking situation is ridiculous. there are parking spots along the street in front of the hotel, and then one lane for traffic right in front of the hotel on a very short block that runs only the length of the hotel frontage. The parking is NOT public parking according to the hotel and two small signs on either end of the street that declare it valet parking only. The parking charge from the hotel is more than double the public parking lot right across the street, and the hotel staff will...

"I arrived with a confirmed reservation! I was told to please sit and wait, outside on a hot day. After me telling the gentleman I had a conference to get to. Came back after a few minutes to verify my reservation on my phone. After about fifteen more minutes came out , and told me that he had no room available. Horrible!"

"Bathroom did not have a vent, after showering the room was hot/humid Sheets were not top quality and pillows were uncomfortable The restaurant was great, service and food - excellent"
