"Rooms were clean, staff were great, and the downtown Tampa location felt safe and convenient. That said, the hotel is mid-renovation, and it shows: no lobby seating area, no dedicated breakfast space, and the breakfast itself was bare-minimum (limited hot food options, no real place to sit and eat). The most frustrating detail: coffee in the lobby was cut off at 9:55 AM, five minutes before breakfast service even ended at 10:00 AM. If you're running a few minutes late or want a second cup, you're out of luck. Waiving parking fees during the renovation period would have gone a long way toward softening the inconvenience, especially for first-time guests forming their initial impression of the property. Would I stay again? Maybe once renovations are complete — but not during this phase."

"The property was central to so many good restaurants, no uber needed. Roomy apartment with a well stocked kitchen if you needed it. Big closet and bathroom and sound machines were a nice touch to drown out late night street noise"

"They made accommodations for my wife and I and were extremely friendly along the way. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, lunch at the attached restaurant Anchor and Brine was good. Wish I could have gotten the red snapper but it wasn’t going to be available until October. View from balcony in room was great. Was able to eat breakfast and enjoy the view. Nighttime there was noise from music from a nearby club(?) but put some rain noise on my phone and it drowned it out a bit. Would absolutely stay here again."
