We had trouble booking an uber to the airport as Ubers lie and say they can’t go there (they can), so one of the ladies ordered a car for us and it was cheaper (by half) than uber would have been. Great view of the pyramids. Had some issues with the restaurant as no one knew when it was supposed to open. Was told 4pm then...

"Never got offer the breakfast. The a/c in the room kept shutting off every 30 minutes. Went 3 times to thelobby to ask to fix the problem and never got fix. Also I never got pick up from the airport and when I called them they said the shuttle is a minimum of 3 nights. Also I booked room with a balcony and I end up in regular room with no balcony or view with a messed up A/C. The only good thing was the rooftop bar with the best view of the pyramids. Will never recommend this place to stay."
