"The best part was the location of the hotel, the view of the pyramids and the private gate to the pyramids.
You have to request the transfer from hotel to the pyramids via golf cart, which was $15 per person.
Overall, restaurants and amenities were excellent."

"Hôtel très bien placé avec superbe vue sur les pyramides. Très propre, personnel très aimable et nos compliments adressés au chef cuisinier : des plats simples mais réalisés à la perfection
Une piscine chaude très agréable , mais juste une remarque: pas de rampe et une première marche très haute : attention !"

"The hotel was in very convenient area and the staff was really helpful and kind. Enjoyed the dinner in roof top and the breakfast downstairs , also they arranged a driver to take us to old Cairo before heading to the airport. Yousef was excellent!"

"The South Tower is very old and room is very small. The next day I switch to north tower which is part of my Viking cruise. it is completely different. More upscale and roomier. I wish I know it before I booked. I still have two more nights after finishing my Viking tour. I will talk to front desk and hopefully I can find a way to stay in North Tower instead of South Tower."

"This hotel made the trip for me and my friend. The rooms were huge, well air-conditioned and spotlessly clean, with twice a day housekeeping. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and we particularly appreciated the safe drivers, as Cairo traffic is horrendous. The hotel restaurants were lovely and my only feedback is that vegetarian choices were limited, although what I did have was excellent. Food and drinks are surprisingly low cost for a 5-star hotel and, because of the range of...

"The staff were top tier!! They are so sweet and welcoming! They teamed up with my mom to plan a surprise birthday party with decor and everything! It was truly special! So shukran gedan again for this!!! One thing to note though, this hotel is right off the main highway/street so you’ll hear lots of traffic even through the night. All my tours/drivers were able to come and pick me up without issue! The rooms are very clean and so is the rest of the hotel so it’s all lovely! 10/10!"

"I was sceptic when I saw only 5 star ratings of this hotel. But I knew why, on arrival. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean with an obviously freshly renovated bath. The view from the rooftop was absolutely as described and awesome. Omar arranged a fantastic tour for me to Sakkhara, Memphis and of cause the pyramids. I learnt a lot that day. Anytime again. Food was extraordinarily good."
