"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "

"In Egypt for business and booked a room with a view of the Pyramids as the only criteria. I was pleasantly surprised by this new hotel. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area is overlooking the Pyramids. Front staff was very helpful in organizing transport for my meetings. I can only recommend this hotel and its friendly staff and I will be back for a vacation with my family at this same hotel again. "
