"The map is not accurate and had to drive around for half an hour to locate it, reception didn't recognize Expedia and thought it was the company I work for, asked me to go upstairs to meet the manager in his room to accept me as a guest, when I refused they called him on the phone and he was kind enough to accept me as a guest after asking me three times if I had paid in advance or not.
The grumbled about websites not paying their money and took me to a room that is dirty, had the floor mat...
