"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"The room was not like the pictures. It was neglected and wore out. The entire building was in bad shape.
The room and surrounding small spaces were cleaned but just outside the building, there was tons of garbage and abandoned buildings. This is a budget stay and beware of your safety. The security was just one very young man in a small guardhouse, "

"The apartments are bit old and they need major renovation and furniture need to be replaced with something clean and good, sheets, pillows, towels, curtains. … all old and look dirty you ask yourself if it’s safe to use them!!!
Stated the bad and now the goods! Good size, Helpful staff, reasonable price, great location, loved the neighbourhood, great cafes and restaurants around, short walk to the Nile and main active area."

"Great location with plenty of eateries and shops around but surprisingly really quiet in the room. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and kettle were really handy. The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe. Would definitely want to stay here again! "

"The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. "The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well."
