"The room and hotel was quite scenic and clean. Central location with supermarket downstaris. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. However, while it was appreciated, it felt like there was little privacy in the property. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was outside the room and it was a bit difficult to lock and use. By the time we check out the bathroom door lock was broken. Fast hot water and the hotel provided heater and good blanket for the winter. "

All the staff, and there are many, from the cleaners, to the front desk were polite, helpful and professional and they did all they could to make you feel at home. Many spoke good English. "We had an excellent stay at the Atum Hotel. It was my boyfriend and myself (two Americans in our 20s), and we felt very comfortable and safe here! The staff, the room, the food, and the location were all incredible! The staff was very helpful in arranging our pickup and offering to book tours for us. The room was nice with high ceilings, a nice shower, and lots of storage. The hotel is the 4th floor of the building, and the elevator is pretty sketchy, but other than that, everything was great!...

"The room was spotless and huge. It was a deluxe room. The staff was perfect, kind, helpful, generous, and available, especially Nadine and Thomas. They really made the stay worth it. The room had a nice-sized fridge, and they offered to microwave anything I needed warmed up. They offered several tours that were reasonably priced, and I took one of the tours that included the pyramids. The trip was fabulous, the private driver and guide were excellent. They even stopped off to let me buy some...
