"We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful.
The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill...

"The rooms were amazing and beautiful, detail in every part and very clean and comfortable plus we got upgraded,that was sweet.Staffs very very nice especially Farouk at the swimming pool area,a very kind and lovely human being,made our relaxing moments very worth it,thanksFarouk😍
We will visit again for sure,worth every penny."

"service is not a hilton standard .
swimming pool we try to order some drink around 18:30 PM
it say closes no drink service (Pool bar normal as i know closes on 19:00
morning food was empty very fast need very long time to fill up.
a lot of stuff did't know there service if this is 3 star hotel i will not compliant.But this is one of Hilton.
In my suites that i stay for 5 days. The shampoo or soup if you did noe used until empty will not put the new one(So funny for me)"
