Really loved my stay!

The staff are really great and very helpful, and my room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. I'd love to stay in Frame Hotel again when visiting George Town.

Just stay here

I was genuinely surprised by how clean, comfortable, and friendly Frame Hotel was, especially considering the price. It offers excellent value for money. The surrounding area is full of great food options, and it’s very close to major attractions in the city. Even the room view was better than expected. Since I just needed a place to sleep as a solo traveler, I didn’t want a luxury hotel—and this place exceeded my expectations. Highly satisfied.

The location is okay but around the property was a little “inconvenient” in that the sidewalks have large uncovered drain gaps, not the fault of the hotel but it’s a bit dangerous and can be found around some parts of the city. The staff was pleasant and tries to be helpful. The room was spacious.

Hotel room is clean and spacious. Building is new and close to restaurants and new world food court. New world food court most stall closed around 9pm and is mainly for daytime traffic. There are other restaurant in areas for late night dinning. Overall a good stay for this hotel.

A very basic hotel with basic amenities, quite pricey compared to what it had to offer except for the location close to George Town. Livable for 2 nights, but should charge lower tbh.
