"Nice location! Room was very clean and staff was very helpful."

"The beds, pillows & comforters were super comfortable. Place was smaller than pictures represented, however we appreciated the bathroom size & its aesthetics! The place was very clean. We so appreciated the accommodations made. We had a lovely time & were comfortable between the 5 of us during our stay there!"

"We spent one night at this location. The room was clean and the breakfast was reasonably priced. Currently, there is a movie being filmed on site which made it a bit chaotic. We couldn’t get into the parking lot upon arrival and the lobby was full of equipment. A big plus was the free shuttle to Broadway street."

"The location of this hotel was fantastic. While not right downtown, they offer a free shuttle which was a life saver on the wallet and feet! The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning and the rooftop pool was icing on the cake. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Nashville!"

"Ijj"

"There was quite loud trains going past that can wake you up in the night. Guessing this was due to being next to a train track. Other than this the trip was enjoyable"

"The room was super clean with lots of room for storage. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was spectacular!!! This alone was worth all the stars! Our safe had a dead battery and staff immediately replaced the battery once called. It was nice and quiet and amenities were also superb. All hotels should model this one."

"Nice place, clean, quiet. Right next to a police station. that's a plus. Close to highway so was really easy to get around."

"Proximity to Vandy & Centennial Park was great. The fact that I booked a king suite and was given a double queen irked me, they blamed Expedia for overbooking the king suites. I have no way of knowing, but based on the experience, I likely won't use Expedia again."

"Nice quiet, clean place. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. "

"Totally awesome"

"Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

"Every staff member with whom I had contact was friendly and obviously committed to customer service!!!!"
