"Totally awesome"

"Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

"Staff is very helpful and friendly! The location was excellent, within walking distance to Broadway and Vanderbilt University."

"Loved staying at this hotel! It was close but not too close to Broadway. Loved that it was walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch! Would stay here every-time!"

"It was absolutely one of the best properties we ever stayed at, it has everything you need."

"Nice location! Room was very clean and staff was very helpful."

"Tile floor in 701 grimey and sticky with black scuff marks. When i wiped iff whiter tile showed below showing how they had not been properly mopped or steamed. Very gross. Paid for coffee in lobby. Should be free Valet parking deplorable. First night (10/25) sat in car waiting for valet. Then after 15 min realized they were chatting it up with a friend who had pulled in ahead if us. Had to get out and find them. 2nd night (10/26) They were actually sitting in car ahead of me on passenger side...

"We love this place"

"The beds, pillows & comforters were super comfortable. Place was smaller than pictures represented, however we appreciated the bathroom size & its aesthetics! The place was very clean. We so appreciated the accommodations made. We had a lovely time & were comfortable between the 5 of us during our stay there!"

"We spent one night at this location. The room was clean and the breakfast was reasonably priced. Currently, there is a movie being filmed on site which made it a bit chaotic. We couldn’t get into the parking lot upon arrival and the lobby was full of equipment. A big plus was the free shuttle to Broadway street."

"The carpet was frayed, the refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it, the toilet whistled, and the elevator broke."

"Property was in a great location. Nice and clean, Nice breakfast. The microwave in our room didn’t work, front desk was very responsive. Did not like the weird barn door toilet room set up with separate shower. There was no noise barrier from toilet room to the rest of the room. Total stage fright😳"

"Very clean, nice staff, great size rooms! Not too much around the property to walk to, but a very close uber ride to get into the area near union station! Great value for the price! No complaints."
