This was my first time in Nashville and staying at this hotel. The receptionist who attended to us at the counter, Khoi, was exceptionally friendly and sweet. He made our stay extra special. This is a nice, mid-level hotel. Front staff, cleaning crew, and the valets were all wonderful. We did have a drink in the inside bar as well--I wouldn't recommend as their bartender was not approachable, and the specialty drinks were not balanced well at all. The rest of the hotel was great, and it's in a great spot to walk to several restaurants and bars as well as Centennial Park and Vanderbilt.

The eighth floor where our room was smelled really bad. Most of the staff were nice. Also the hot water went down for four hours while we were there. Overall, this stay wasn’t what I was expecting based on the reviews. We wouldn’t recommend it.
