"I recently stayed in a clean, comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and well-functioning amenities (Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and a neat bathroom). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. Overall a warm, reliable hotel experience I’d happily return to."
