"We enjoyed our stay and found all staff very approachable, they have excellent customer service skills. Only cons: The pillows were not great, and it was a bit tricky to make the room comfortable temperature at night (it was too cold, and the heater was a bit loud) but for us it’s not a deal breaker. It might be important to know for sensitive sleepers. However, we liked the location a lot and the customer service. The property is nice and clean. The toiletry is very pleasantly scented. The TV worked fine and the water in the shower was good pressure and temperature. I would return again! "

"Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby. Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared. The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube station just 5 minutes down the road."

"We had a wonderful 5-night stay. Our room was a nice size with adequate storage space and a large bathroom. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent as was the staff at the front desk. On our departure day, we used their airport car service for early (before 5 am arrival) at Heathrow. The driver was right on time and nice to talk to. I happily recommend this hotel to others. "
