"It is in the middle of the city but it is still very quiet in the evening and provides a very peaceful night's sleep. Location is within 15 mins of the major shopping belt and transport is not a problem as well. Rooms are well furnished and comes with full amenities like cooking stove, washing machine en-suite toilet and bathorrom. Will return for sure!"

"The check-in was a different location than the property which made it more difficult because I had to find 2 different places in a foreign country where I don't read the language very well. The rules about sorting garbage was a little frustrating. If they would like customers to sort garbage then they need to provide garbage bags and instructions clearly how it should be sorted"

"Very nice and spacious with a walking distance to Hakata station. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy. One thing to improve would be the room cleanliness as there was some dust on certain areas like…on TV, the top of microwave oven, etc. Other than that, things are superb! Highly recommend this place!"

"This property was smaller than the SG Residence Hakata, but the experience was good. The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. "Nice location. Good view of riverside and quite around. Check in time is not so early (5 o’clock evening) is only issue but reception people are friendly and very helpful to all the requests. Walking distance to station and nice restaurants around."

We checked in late at night so we had to stay there that night. Next day a maid came and did the best she could but the smell was there.
