We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy.

We loved it when we stayed here. 10 mins drive to airport and 10 mins drive to canal city. There’s a lot of parking spots. The room is spacious, clean and a lot of beds! We’ll definitely book again

Hotel is in good location, very clean and in good condition. Recommend for family staying. However I have small trouble during check in because I didn’t receive check-in instructions and I couldn’t enter to hotel to check-in. Then I have to connect my roaming to communicate with hotel.

My family of 4 loved the proximity to the subway station and comvenience store around the property. Though the building is near the train track but surprisingly, it was not noisy. The room was spacious enough to accomodate 4 of us and our luggages. Will definitely book this place again if we were to visit Fukuoka again.

Big room, comfortable and not noisy. Occasionally will meet staffs from 11am to 2:50pm. Cleaning staffs are polite. Overall can be described as reasonable hygienic but not perfect. Prepare scanning code before checking in. You can never check in before 3pm. Walking for 7 minutes to closest restaurant

they have two Ipad at the lobby for check-in enquire. but not helpful at all. Even I did the pre check in and key in all the guests information. May be we are using Engllsh. they elected to help. I try to talk with them but only hi then nothing to say. after 10 mins another party come in and using another I pad to contact with them. they can speak Japanese , they can get feedback in a min. anyway, this is not close to the station. if you drive that will be easy and they have free parking.

無人ホテルという事もあり、スムーズにチェックインできるか心配でしたが、事前のアカウント登録をしておく事で、スムーズにチェックインする事ができました。室内は少し臭いが気になりましたが、部屋はキレイでとても過ごし安かったです。 駐車場も完備しており、また機会があれば是非利用させてもらいたいです。

First time at this hotel

You should put up more hooks to hang towels. You should supply at least one roll of paper towels. You should fix your holes in the walls, marks on the floor and better explanation of how to use the washer/ dryer. We did not understand how to open the door during or after the dry cycle. The lock on the toilet door is loose. And you could put instructions in your black binder how to check out. We are English speaking so you will understand some of our comments. Otherwise we liked it. Not too long a walk from the train station.

他の方の評価にあったように、部屋に入るなり匂いが気になりました。酸っぱいような嫌なにおいがあったので、ずっと換気扇をつけて過ごしました。床も清掃が行き届いておらず、髪の毛やほこりがありました。食器類も残渣があり、使用をやめました。せっかくの家族旅行が残念でした。ただ、子連れだったので、洗濯乾燥機がついたのと、ベットが大きいのはよかったです。清潔感に欠ける施設でした。

福岡自駕首選酒店，樓下十多個免費車位，先到先得 預先係網上處理入住手續，入住幾分鐘就可以上房，快捷方便 房間寬敞，房內有煮食用具，亦有微波爐，洗衣機 附近有7-11，只係附近食肆很少 房間有少許異味，問題不大

Although it’s only one stop away from the mrt station, you either take the bus or walk ~15min. With bulky luggages the walk was torturous and the bus intervals was lengthy. On to the appliances provided: the body soaps, laundry detergents, dish soap, tissues all are not provided in abundance enough for my party for the 6 nights we stayed. Had to contact the host multiple times to refill it over our stay. Was very annoying to say the least. They did not provide a kitchen mat or dish cloth to dry the area after washing up
