I arrived late in the evening, but the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—so convenient for exploring the area. I reserved a corner room, and it was bright, spacious, and very quiet. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

The hotel was very convenient to shopping around. We didnt try the breakfast and there are lots of choices around All good in the hotel but that is quite annoying to requesting us arrange housekeeping . That is not environmental friendly and there is quite a "pushing" message to visitors. Staff were nice but always busy, have own procedures and not enough flexibility.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The underground train is right below the hotel. It leads to the underground walking mall. All the major shopping places are within walking distance. The room was very spacious and it's very well maintained.

Very nice property with Western-size rooms, right in the heart of Tenjin and its shopping district. Somewhat odd that the lobby is on the 19th floor, while the guest rooms are below. The only minor mark is the Lounge . . . beet nice decor, but don’t expect much in terms of food or snacks. Sparse would be the correct descriptive. Having said that, I’d gladly stay again.

Room was nice and clean, being able to check-in early was a plus. The bathroom is big for Japan hotel standards, was able to full submerge into the bathtub and relax after a long day of walking. The epsom salt packets were a nice bonus!
