Not perfect but good value

This is definitely a budget hotel. Not everything is in perfect condition but it is in very good location and very good price. I will rate it 8/10 mark.

We need to check in by ourselves and no luggage storage is allowed. Normal customer service. No cleaning service. However, the room is big.

Weekend in Fukuoka

Our trip was a weekend family trip. We had three rooms. Check in was confusing. It was self check in and the procedure wasn’t too clear. The room was pretty spacious but the beds were very uncomfortable. There was no way to get extra linens unless you were able to catch the cleaning crew first thing in the morning. There was a lot of storage throughout the room and nice amenities in the bathroom. This hotel might be ok for a quick overnight but if you have a bad back, I don’t recommend it.

The location is close to lots of restaurants, but the environment remains quiet. Cleanliness is the key concern of the hotel. Also, the heater (air-conditioner) is quite noisy at night.

Unmanned hotel, Aircon: not cold at all!!! Very uncomfortable bed. 1 towel per person for the entire duration of stay. Absolutely the worst in Fukuoka! Don’t stay here. Even the pre check-in page, only available in Japanese. Avoid this property. There’s a lot of nearby hotels that are way better thank Zonk Nakasu!

Terrible experience.

All the web addresses that were given me couldn't connect. 'Error code 404'. All the phone numbers also, 'no answer or unavailable'. Finally, checked in using the confirmation code at the site. The room was nice, but very dirty. Dust on every surface, shower and tub enclosure moldy. Air conditioner remote didn't work at all. Stuck on cooling and would not turn off. The beds were old and the box springs were uneven and made all sorts of noises when lying down. Will never book with this company again,

家族で連泊利用しました。無人のホテルは初めてでドキドキしながら無事チェックインできたのですが初日に子供が誤って端末のチェックアウトボタンを押してしまうアクシデントがありましたが、翌日オペレーターの方からお電話をいただき、丁寧に対応いただきました。 人手不足や合理化の時代です。無人化は必要不可欠な中、とても親切な人のおもてなしに感謝です。とても素敵な旅行の思い出となりました。ありがとうございました。またぜひ利用させていただきます。

客室・設備はよかったですが、 昨日はチェックインの機械が壊れていたのか？全然動きが悪かったです。 という事なので（無人ホテルですから）問い合わせ電話をしましたが、電話も繋がらず。チェックイン機は動きませんでしたが、メールで部屋番号と暗証番号が届いたので問題はなかったですが、ちょっと不安でした。

1人で宿泊には広く、マッサージチェアもありました。チェックアウト用に使うタブレットの充電がなく、ケーブルもなかったので、個人用のモノで充電し使用しましたが、タイプが合わないと困ったのかな？と思います。ホテルと違いフロント機能等はないので注意が必要です。
