The location was so convenient. You may walk to Tenjin underground Mall within 5 mins. Shopping malls and restaurants were nearby. But the cleanliness of the room was the area needed to improve. There were dirty marks on the bedings.

Overall, this was a good value hotel. It is extremely convenient to Tenjin-area attractions and public transportation. The staff are kind and attentive. The rooms are on the small side but make efficient use of the space. The hotel seems to have an issue with humidity and ventilation, and we noticed some smell and mold around the edges in the bathroom. They did provide a dehumidifier in the room which helped but took away precious floor space. All in all, it was good value but some things could be improved.

Very poor service, I required a pillow but they said no more available, the pillow is bad I can’t even sleep in two days, they don’t understand basic English, this is the worst Japan hotel service I never had before! But others is good like location and facilities!

Double room. Location is good. Room size is ok for a double room. Room is mostly cleaned as not much dust around. Toliet has mould around the bath tub, sink, and on exhaust fan. The air purifier is dusty and the outside of the water tank is dirty, didn't want to use it at all.
