The hotel is in a good location. Walkable distance to restaurants, sites, local attractions and transportation. But counting consideration regarding amenities, hotel staff friendliness, I think there are other hotels in the area that are more accommodating.

Great location near the Ichiran building in Nakasu and also near the yatai street. It’s tucked in a quiet corner so it’s not noisy despite the proximity to many bars and restaurants. Clean rooms and amenities, and the beds are comfortable too, and the public onsen is a plus for those who enjoy it.

The hot bath area is nice, but quite small, sometimes you see hairs floating in the pool.. Breakfast is ok. You can have once or twice, but same stuff for everyday is kind of boring. Nice location, near to bus stops, train station and lots of stores and restaurants, close to Ichiran Ramen original store.

Excellent value for the location and quality and amenities of the hotel property. Breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed the hot water bath. Room was too small for my family of 3 as we had large suitcases so wish we reserved a larger room - but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Staff were very polite & helpful at check- in and shared all amenity info. The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast was okay however would have preferred to have more fruit choices/quantity available. Breakfast buffet was just okay. We did appreciate being able to leave our suitacses securred at the hotel for the day as we had an evening train departure.

This hotel is more than suitable, though the room was a bit smaller. We enjoyed the breakfast and service, and the location very much. We didn't use the onsen, though it looked nice. I found an ugly bug in the bathroom that I made my husband deal with, but otherwise it was clean. The beds were comfortable though the pillows weren't great. My daughter's pull open sofabed was slanted but she seemed to sleep fine.

Overall good, but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Restaurant is mostly Japanese style, with limited capacity. No room service. Next to girl bars and host clubs, but still quiet. Currently construction next door daytime only.
