Although the building is a little bit aged, however, the service and the staff are excellent. I was checked out for one day to another hotel. I left my luggage at the hotel when I was out for one night, the next day when I checked in again, my luggage is already delivered to my room. I’m so surprised and the staff is very helpful.

The only thing I would add if it's even an issue is a self use laundry facility rather than the only available laundry service, but again that's a small niggle. The entire hotel and stay was incredible and would stay there again! Staff was awesome and the room was great!

This was an overnight stay so I really didn’t get a chance to know a hotel or staff very well. Hotel is very well kept and the staff are friendly. My lack of Japanese was not a hinderance whatsoever.
