Very shabby hotel. Moldy & dirty bathroom caulking & fixtures. Room is tired but serviceable. Very small & cramped for a couple. But the breakfast is very very good. So it makes up for some of its deficiencies.
Tiny room, old and stained walls, aged and tight bathroom with toilet, the smallest tub, run down business hotel that reeks of cigarettes (no choice of non- smoking rooms), unhelpful older receptionist.
There’s elevator and breakfast is included (very good and the only reason for the 2 stars to be awarded). Location is noisy, but close to transportation, dining and convenience stores.
Won’t stay there again! Expensive for what it is!!!

Week in Fukuoka
I read some mixed reviews but decided to stay here anyway, it was Golden week and everything else was super expensive. It's close to the subway so getting around is easy. Overall the room was clean, the staff were friendly and of course the price was good. The room is clearly showing it's age but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Above-average hotel. The room was bigger than expected but the condition of the hotel isn't as nice and up to par. However, the pictures are pretty accurate so I didn't expect much.
Overall, a very old and run down biz hotel. Unless you have to stay here, I recommend staying somewhere else. Room is tiny and the bathroom is even more tiny.

It was good because the subway station and the accommodation were close. But the room is humid and not soundproof. If you are traveling alone, I recommend this accommodation, but if you are traveling with family, I recommend you to go to another accommodation. (It wasn't bad to sleep alone :D)

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Location near the subway and Ohori Park convenient enough. Staff were friendly. The interior is a little run-down but that doesn't bother me and everything was generally clean.
The breakfast, although free, was disappointing: only two small bread rolls per person, sometimes with a boiled egg, sometimes without! I'd rather they charged more to do a proper job...

Very old. Not comfortable room due to lack of renovation. Would not recommend.
The place is a bargain, not only great value of a stay, but the 700 yen parking also can't be beat. There's just 2 insignificant issue I mentioned to the staff, 1. Shower in higher floors has lower flow, but still usable. 2. The corner of these rooms are a little dusty.
Everything else is perfect.
The hotel is very reasonably priced and our expectations were not very high for one night. The hotel is very outdated and if you attach great importance to cleanliness you should rather spend a little more. The biggest criticism is the extreme smell of old cigarette smoke that hung in the corridors and unfortunately also in our non-smoking room. As non-smokers, we had made sure to book non-smoking rooms because we found the smell extremely unpleasant, especially in rooms where you want to sleep. In combination with the unclean room floor and mold spots in the bathroom we were glad to have booked only one night there.
