Very decent and cozy hotel with courteous, friendly and accommodating staff. Cleaning was superb and the hotel was situated in a quiet crescent with 2-min walk for shopping and eating. A 1-min from Akasaka metro👍👍👍

Perfect location for business and some of Fukuoka's best character-filled dining options . Basic but clean, comfy, and great for the price. Only drawback is no room for legs under the only "desk" space in room, so it's uncomfortable for work purposes. Need to find a cafe nearby or use the Pronto downstairs.

Hotel Manager great help. Arigato!

The room is clean, standard business type. The only thing is the bed and pillow are hard; and, on the second day the tub is clogged. Location is close to Akasaka Station, and not far from shopping areas. I have to compliment the morning hotel manager that he tried hard to call a taxi for me, even though there was none available during the morning rush.

Convenient location and one staff member went out of her way to help me with directions. Not a place for tall people. The restrooms can be challenging. The free breakfast at the restaurant next door was salad, pork sausage, scrambled eggs, and toast. If that is not your style, eat elsewhere

Good Hotel

It was for 2 people and it is a very good hotel. The breakfast served at the restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel is delicious and reasonably priced. The overall service is good and the interior is clean. Next time I travel to Fukuoka, I will use this hotel.

ホテルの運営方針に協力して、3泊清掃不要としましたが、アメニティ入れ替えに関して、水ペットボトルはフロントに申出で受け取り、なおかつプロントでも台帳見ながら渡す状況でした。 仮に、毎日清掃にしていたら、当然水の補充は行われるはず。これっておかしいと思いませんか？　むしろ、ホテルに協力している人に不利益を与えている、プロント男性の対応も良くなく不満をもちました。
