静かで良かった。部屋に電子レンジがあるのも良かったし、スタッフの対応も感じが良かった。ただ、喫煙ルームを選んだからしょうがないけど部屋はいまいちでした。

いいかんいい感じでした

コンビニも近い。エレベーターが2機あり、ベットも快適、テレビ画面も大きく快適でしたが、部屋に入ると下水の匂いがしていたので少し残念でした。

部屋着の案内もなく、問い合わせてフロントでもらえた。卓上鏡が手垢と指紋だらけだったの触れる物全て除菌を自分でした。洗面所の排水ができず高圧シャワーでどうにか排水できた。チェック機能の徹底をお願いしたい。

何回も宿泊しているが水回りに虫がいたり、床の髪や毛が掃除しきれていなかったり清潔度はあまりない。場所立地行動を考えるといいのでいつも泊まってしまいます

전망 없는 방에서 있다가 청소상태 때문에 다른 방으로 옮겼는데 바닥 얼룩과 오염은 그대로 였지만 다른 방도 달라질게 없는거 같아서 보여준 방으로 옮겼다. 그런데 환풍기 소리가 너무 커서 켜 놓을 수가 없을 정도 였으며 환풍기를 켰을 때 화장실에 진동이 올 정도로 덜덜 거렸다. 스탭이나 청소 메이드는 친절 했다.

立地はいいけど衛生面が…

禁煙のシングルルームを利用しました。お部屋はきれいで、大きなテレビや電子レンジがあり便利でした。ただ、浴室が謎のかび臭さ… カビカビのシャワーカーテンが原因かと思いますが、あそこまでカビていると使いたくないですね。さすがにここまでカビが酷いカーテンのホテルは初めてです。交換していただけるとよいかと思います。また、冬場の滞在で感想が気になるためお部屋にある加湿器を使おうとしたところ、こちらもカビが凄くて使えませんでした。ホテルのすぐ隣にコンビニや商店街・市場もあり、博多駅までも地下鉄・バスですぐという好立地で利便性が高いので、この辺りの清掃を頑張っていただきたいです。

日中にやるべき事を終えて、一息ついて就寝するには十分かと思います。駅からの負担も少なく真横にコンビニが有り、そこは便利ですただ、スペース的にバス・トイレは狭く、バスカーテンのカビが目立った事は残念です。

二度と使いません

受付では外国人スタッフオンリーでした。連れの分の予約が伝わってなかったのか、何らかのトラブルか知らないけど、予約になってなかったようであたふたされてました。こちら側の予約完了画面みせて、その価格で部屋を用意してもらい事なきを得ましたが、満室だったらどうだったんだ？当然、説明もなくスルーでした。もうこのホテルとグループを使うことはありません。
